What fun we had. All three of us went to the petting zoo with our neighbors! Maddie met a big bull, a baby deer, many pygmie goats, two deft raccoons, a hungry llama, one lazy, stinky pig, many birds- peacocks, roosters, pheasants, and chickens, one bitty baby squirrel, a horse, a donley, a sheep... some capybaras, two dogs, and some black swans. (to name a few!) She got VERY excited when she saw any kind of bird... hmmm...
but she told us how cows go
"mooo." and dogs go
"ruh ruh" and cats say
"meow" (there was a lynx, too- but not to pet!) and tigers say
"rraaarrrggh!" We didn't see any monkeys, but she would have told us that thay say
"
ooh ooh ooh."Did I mention Bunnies? There were bunnies to hold, and even buy... but we didn't.
I even had a pygmie goat try to eat my hair...
"Maddie wear Mommy's gloves."
We go to the pool! "Jump on daddy!"
Daddy and Maddie share a love for Curious George. Here they are watching the movie together... again... "Watch Carrie [Curious] George on T.V? Ok. Yes... Watch Man in Yellow Hat? Man in Yellow Hat funny! What's man doing?" and when the movie ends... "An-gin [again] please, mommy. Watch Carrie [Curious] George again? yes. ok." all while nodding her sweet little pig-tailed head!
Graceful, eh... very ladylike, indeed. We're raising a flasher!
Maddie found an egg, figured out there was candy inside and sat down, "open, open." The other parents made their kids give Maddie eggs cause she only had one after the time was up... but she wasn't unhappy. She was eating m&m's!
